The 2022 Suhr Custom Modern combines Suhr’s sleek Modern platform with premium tonewoods and a highly versatile HSH pickup configuration. A striking 2-piece 3/16" Angel Quilt maple top sits over a swamp ash body, finished in Faded Trans Whale Blue Burst with matching burst edge. The roasted maple neck features an Indian rosewood fingerboard, Modern Elliptical profile, compound 10"-14" radius, and stainless steel jumbo frets. An SSV neck humbucker, ML Standard middle pickup, and SSH Plus bridge humbucker provide a broad tonal range, complemented by Suhr’s 5-way wiring with split humbuckers in positions 2 and 4. A Gotoh 510 2-post tremolo, Suhr locking tuners, and chrome hardware complete this premium Custom build.
