Eric, Just a quick note to say thank you for turning me onto the 000-28 Custom Authentic it is truly the most satisfying acoustic guitar I have ever owned and it's such a joy to play. As always you guys are a class act and on the money.

I went to all the shops listed in this area, and only Willcutt had a professional shop capable of any level of repair. They radiused and refretted my Les Paul and it plays better than when it was new! I am going to bring my Martin in next for a neck set and then my Strat. They are the best! -Inana

Hi Willcutt,
these [True 62's] have been calling me for a few months. The whole run is beautifully done- compliments Willcutt on those, about as perfect a Strat as can be IMHO

Hello Folks,
I just received my PRS Tremonti from you and all I have to say is WOW! What awesome and beautiful piece of wood. I don't think you have had a more satisfied customer. This is now my favorite guitar, out of 18, which includes 6 Gibson Les Pauls. Thank you very much.
