New 2013 PRS Wood Library Ted McCarty DC 245's have landed. The Ted McCarty Model DC 245 was released in 2009 and has been a favorite at Willcutt Guitars ever since. This is the second "Wood Library" version that we have ordered--the woods, bodies, and necks of these guitars were hand picked by our staff and were customized to our specifications.

The Ted McCarty is PRS's best attempt, in our opinion, to capture the vibe and tone of the 50's classic "burst" guitars. Featuring the 57/08 and 59/09 humbuckers, thin V12 finish, premium lightweight mahogany, Brazilian fingerboards -- these guitars have the large sonic footprint, bloom, sweet tone and sustain of the classics that inspired them.
