The Martin Custom Shop Willcutt Exclusive 00-42 Style Wild Grain East Indian Rosewood/Spruce combines the comfortable proportions of a 12-fret 00 with premium tonewoods and ornate Style 42-inspired appointments. Built specifically for Willcutt Guitars, this Custom Shop instrument features a premium Grade 7 spruce top paired with premium Wild Grain East Indian rosewood back and sides, giving the guitar an especially striking visual character. The 12-fret construction and 24.9" scale make for a compact, comfortable platform with a traditional feel.

The top is supported by 1/4" Golden Era scalloped X-bracing, while select abalone pearl traces the top perimeter and continues through the Style 45-inspired appointments. A Style 45 rosette, Style 45 mosaic back purfling, antique white binding, and a long Style 45 Snowflake fingerboard inlay give the guitar an elegant Custom Shop presentation. The slotted headstock is faced with premium Wild Grain East Indian rosewood and finished with a select abalone Torch inlay.

A 12/4 genuine mahogany neck uses Martin's GE Modified Low Oval profile with a High Performance Taper, paired with a black ebony fingerboard, 16" radius, and 1 3/4" nut width. The ebony GE Modern Belly bridge is fitted with a compensated bone saddle and bone pins with Paua accents, while gold Grover Sta-Tite side-mount tuners complement the vintage-inspired slotted headstock. Aging Toner and a full gloss body and neck complete this distinctive Willcutt Exclusive.
