The Luke III features an alder body, hard rock roasted maple neck. The LIII is powered by Dimarzio transitions passive humbuckers and custom voiced single coil pickups. Smooth action Music Man floating vintage tremolo, 5 way pickup pickup selector and 20db active boost give the Luke 3 a variety of tonal combinations suitable for any musical style.
This special edition is part of a 60 pc limited run commissioned by Willcutt Guitars. We flew to the Music Man factory in San Luis Obispo and picked out the finest flame Roasted Maple necks and lightweight bodies for this run. Features a special custom designed stain, Lava Burst, which is rich and elegant when applied to the grade A alder bodies and figured maple tops that we picked out. Only 2 Luke III Flame will be available in this run.
