This Les Paul Standard ’50s pairs classic Goldtop styling with a pair of P-90 pickups and a traditional, non-weight-relieved mahogany body with a maple top. The mahogany neck features Gibson’s ’50s Vintage profile, a rosewood fingerboard, and 22 medium jumbo frets, while hand-wired electronics with Orange Drop capacitors retain the vintage-inspired control layout. This example was professionally aged by Chad Underwood, giving the guitar a broken-in appearance while preserving the familiar feel and construction of the modern Les Paul Standard ’50s
