The Wren and Cuff Your Face Smooth Silicon 70's Fuzz takes inspiration from the balanced, singing character of classic 1970s silicon fuzz and adds a few thoughtful refinements. A pair of hand-matched BC108 transistors delivers the core vintage-style voice, while metal film components and smoothing capacitors help reduce noise and tame harsh high-frequency spikes.

A reverse-log fuzz potentiometer provides more precise control over the amount of fuzz, while an increased-output modification gives the pedal extra volume and flexibility. The result is a smooth, articulate silicon fuzz with plenty of vintage character and a more usable range of control.
