This 2012 Fender Custom Shop Masterbuilt Dale Wilson '61 Telecaster is a highly detailed vintage-inspired build finished in translucent White Blonde over a one-piece ash body. The Thin Skin nitrocellulose lacquer finish is paired with a maple neck featuring a flat-laminated rosewood fingerboard, a hand-rubbed feel on the back, and a substantial '54 Strat-style “U” profile. A 7.25"-9.5" compound fingerboard radius and StewMac fret wire add a slightly more player-friendly feel, while custom-wound Abby pickups and 4-way switching expand the traditional Telecaster tonal range. Relic aging, vintage-style hardware, and a custom top-load bridge complete the build.
