Transcending classic design elements with eye-catching appeal, the American Custom Stratocaster is built for players who appreciate refined appointments and a familiar, performance-focused feel. An NOS lacquer finish lets the two-piece select ash body breathe and resonate with each note, while the one-piece 3A roasted flame maple neck features a 10/56 “V” profile, 9.5” radius, and 22 narrow tall (6105) frets for comfortable playability across the fingerboard.
Custom Shop hand-woundFat ’60s pickups deliver the guitar’s voice, with a reverse-wound/reverse-polarity middle pickup for hum-canceling in the in-between positions. They’re paired with a five-way switch and Fat ’50s wiring for a broad range of classic Strat tones. Other features include a single-ply gold anodized aluminum pickguard, Custom Shop vintage synchronized tremolo, Sperzel® die-cast tuning machines with white pearloid buttons, bone nut, and American Standard string tree. Includes deluxe hardshell case, strap, and certificate of authenticity.
