Crafted from the finest tonewoods, the Classic IV features a 34" scale, 5-piece stringer neck through-body made from hard maple and purpleheart, and 3-layer body wings made from walnut, wenge, and capped with a highly figured quilted maple cap. The neck has a wenge fretboard and 24 jumbo frets, a bone nut, the easy-playing Tobias Asym™ profile, and is equipped with Gotoh® tuners. A Babicz® bridge ensures exceptional action and intonation adjustability. Two active Bartolini® humbucking pickups, an 18V preamp, and Volume, Bass, Mid, Treble, and Blend controls, along with a Mid Frequency switch, provide all the control you need to dial up your ideal bass tone. A Tobias premium gig bag is also included.
