A V-carve neck profile offers a marginally thicker dimensional feel that resembles an older-era Dreadnought. The Lutz spruce top raises the guitar’s volume ceiling compared to a Sitka spruce top and, paired with the rosewood back and sides, yields a pleasing mix of warmth and depth. The refreshed design aesthetic incorporates impeccable wood details like Hawaiian koa binding, a herringbone-style rosette featuring Douglas fir with maple/black accents, and bias-cut Douglas fir top trim, while a new “weathered brown” pickguard design adds to the organic elegance.
