Where can you find a straight-ahead Strat with extra bite? Well, you’re looking in the right place. Fender keeps the specs stock across the board with an alder body, two Player Series single-coils, 9.5”-radius fingerboard, and two-point tremolo bridge with bent-steel saddles, updating the neck profile to a very playable “Modern C” shape and throwing a rowdy Player Series humbucking pickup on the bridge. Simple but alive, this is a Stratocaster with some get-up.
