The Fender Custom Shop Limited Edition 75th Anniversary Telecaster Bass celebrates Fender’s early bass heritage with a distinctive combination of vintage-inspired design and custom electronics. Finished in Ice Blue Metallic, this limited-edition 2026 model features a two-piece ash body built around the classic ’55 Precision Bass platform, with routing and appointments inspired by the ’70s Telecaster Bass. The result blends unmistakable early Fender styling with a unique dual-pickup configuration.
The quartersawn maple neck features a substantial ’55 P-Bass Soft “V” profile, measuring .915" at the 1st fret and .940" at the 12th, along with a 7.25" fingerboard radius, 20 narrow-tall frets, and a 1.700" bone nut. Electronics pair a Novak Tele Bass Fat Wind neck pickup with a Custom Shop ’55 P-Bass Relic bridge pickup, controlled through dual-concentric knobs. Vintage-style hardware, a ’70s Telecaster Bass-style pickguard, and flatwound strings complete this distinctive anniversary model.
