Artinger Hollow Blackie Lawless Trans Black (K23)

The Artinger Hollow “Blackie Lawless” is a highly detailed hollowbody built to celebrate Artinger’s 25th anniversary in 2022 and was part of Artinger’s personal collection. Its construction centers around a flamed maple carved top with a carved mahogany back, mahogany sides, and mahogany neck. Flamed maple binding extends across the armrest bevel, rear body bevels, and rear center inlay, complemented by white pearl neck purfling. A gloss black finish, charcoal-stained binding details, and hand-painted gold accents complete the distinctive presentation.

A pair of Lollar Low Wind humbuckers is mounted in matching maple inset rings and paired with master volume, master tone, a 3-way toggle, and two series/split/parallel switches. Matching flamed maple controls continue the woodwork throughout the electronics, while a one-off polished brass and ebony tailpiece provides a unique finishing detail.
