Golden Era-style forward-shifted scalloped X-bracing, a Modified V neck, ebony fingerboard, and long-pattern diamonds-and-squares inlays give the instrument a distinctly traditional Martin character. Anniversary appointments include a special ebony headplate with mother-of-pearl C.F. Martin script, “1833–2008,” and “America’s Guitar” inlay, along with two interior labels, including one signed by C.F. Martin IV and numbered as part of the 175-guitar edition.
