2007 Fender Custom Shop Custom Vintage Stratocaster Heavy Relic 2 Tone Sunburst

This 2007 Fender Custom Shop Custom Vintage Stratocaster combines late-’60s Strat styling with an exceptionally aggressive Heavy Relic treatment. Finished in 2-Color Sunburst over a lightweight-sorted two-piece ash body, it features a thin-skin lacquer finish with extensive factory-created checking, dings, arm wear, and belt wear. The quartersawn maple neck has a 1969 “U” profile, 9.5" radius, 21 frets, and intentionally heavy fretboard wear for a broken-in vintage feel. A trio of Fender Custom Shop Fat ’50s Strat pickups delivers classic Strat clarity, sparkle, and bite, while the heavily aged mint green pickguard, hardware, and plastics complete the well-played appearance. The original Fender build sheet specifically calls for an “Extra Relic” treatment throughout.
