The 2005 Gibson ES-137 Sunburst is a standout semi-hollow electric that bridges Gibson’s classic ES lineage and Les Paul power. Built in the Memphis Custom Shop, it combines maple tonewoods with a mahogany neck and delivers a versatile, expressive tone ideal for blues, jazz, and classic rock. This example has been professionally refretted with EVO frets for enhanced durability and smooth playability. The original Varitone circuit has been disconnected for a cleaner signal path, but all original components are included in the case pocket — ready for reinstallation if desired.
