This special run was commissioned by Willcutt Guitars and designed with one goal in mind—maximum tone and feel without the weight.

At the core of the Cavern Collection is hand-selected, ultra-lightweight mahogany that’s fully chambered, resulting in a remarkably lively and responsive instrument. The acoustic resonance is immediate—you feel the guitar vibrate against your body, with notes blooming effortlessly and sustaining with clarity and depth.

Paired with this construction are Willcutt-spec Cloudbuckers—underwound PAF-style humbuckers that deliver exceptional articulation, openness, and dynamic range. They retain all the warmth and character of a vintage PAF, but with added clarity and touch sensitivity, making them equally at home for clean passages or pushing an amp into rich, harmonic overdrive.
